Check In from 2.00pm & Check Out by 10.30am with 2 nights minimum stay at weekends & 3 nights minimum stay during the week.

We request payment of  the full amount at the time of booking - payment via Paypal (or choose Credit Card option via Paypal).

Cancellation Policy For a 50% refund cancellation must be made a full 7 days prior to arrival  i.e. if check in day is a Friday at 2.00pm then cancellation must be done the previous Friday before 2.00pm .

Regrettably the accommodation is not suitable for babies or children.  The annexe is strictly a No Smoking area.

Regrettably no pets.
