Cancellation Policy For a 50% refund cancellation must be made a full 7 days prior to arrival i.e. if check in day is a Friday at 2.00pm then cancellation must be done the previous Friday before 2.00pm .
Regrettably the accommodation is not suitable for babies or children. The annexe is strictly a No Smoking area.
